If you want to keep fit, then there are plenty of opportunities -
YOGA
Thursday evening; 8.00 -
An hour and a half of Yoga poses and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. £5 per class. Your first class can be a single session but thereafter we book places in blocks of 5 weeks.
Bring a Yoga mat if you have one, a blanket and a bottle of water.
